Neil...Ok, Jules, you do it.<BR/><BR/>Now, don't get me wrong. Neil Diamond is clearly on the list of important songwriters. But years ago I had to work in a place where they only had two tapes and one was a Neil Diamond tape. They played this incessantly. I tried to hide it. They found the tape. I tried to remonstrate. They threatened me. And so it was that night after night i had forced -abusive to human rights- Neil Diamond.<BR/><BR/>That did it for me and anyway it was never something that appealed. "Cherry Cherry" is ok I suppose, but I always thought "I'm a believer" and "Red Red Wine" were cheesy, even as covers.
