I consider Human Rights are done by the judiciary acting objectively according to the rule of law and subjectively in accordance with rules of equity. There should therefore be no need for Human Rights Act 1998 as it is only human error that can lead to a miscarriage of justice: ie the judiciary acting correctly but getting it wrong. Inadvertance. Everything else is subjective, outwith the scope of judicial reasoning and deliberate.
