"I'm as straight as they come" - Shahid Malik

This picture carries a message. This message is trying to tell you a lie. I am not going to patronise my readers with telling you what it is.

As more heads roll, particularly today those who sought to actively cover up their crimes, I have decided to tell you how I am going to vote in the forthcoming Euro elections.

Some will not like it, but tough. I feel I need to send politicians a message. The message is, you are either crooks, or, you tacitly approved of the crookedness, or you may have been one of the few who did not fiddle the system and voted against the FOI amendment bill which sought to cover up the crimes you have committed.

These men tried to prevent us from finding out about their fiddles by enshrining their right to keep their theft a secret in UK law.

UKIP are not saints. I don't believe that for a minute, but I believe I shall vote UKIP for three reasons. The first is that I believe we should get out of Europe and remove, at a stroke, a very top heavy tier of fiddling, extortion and waste. Secondly, I believe the issue of immigration and loss of our national identity must be tackled head on. The Tories are not touching this and the BNP is not, and was never under consideration as far as I am concerned. Thirdly, I want to send a message to the main parties, Gordon Brown and Labour in particular, that I am angry. Very angry. Almost as angry as I was about the War in Iraq.

Come the General Election, I shall revert to voting SNP, something I have done since coming to Scotland and something I shall continue to do for the foreseeable future.

And finally (updated)

This is what Shahid Malik really thinks:

"In 1997 we got our first Muslim MP. In 2001 we had two Muslim MPs. In 2005 we had four Muslim MPs. In ša Allah, in 2009 (or) 2010 we'll have eight or ten Muslim MPs. In 2014 we'll have 16 Muslim MPs. At this rate the whole parliament will be Muslim."

and:

"I am confident, as Britain's first Muslim minister, that, in ša Allah, in the next thirty years or so, we'll see a prime minister who happens to share my faith."

(Hat tip Labour Home!)

I wouldn't normally defend Malik but he's definitely the victim of a campaign set up by a "higher authority" to settle scores. This disc of expenses is a godsend to the wet works brigade and their operatives at The Telegraph and other newspapers. Look whose been targeted for relatively minor discretions. Nadine Dorries ( smear victim and campaigner), Tam Dalyell ( Belgrano and Lockerbie), Alex salmond ( Independence threat) Ming Campbell( failing to help Brown in a pact when Gordon got PM ), Malik ( wanting more muslim MPs - note his slum landlord photo looking like he's just stepped out of Tora Bora )
Online newspaper comments threads are monitored and people are paid to disrupt them. Our Scotsman newspaper is the obvious one. Rufus and Stan clock on and off at different times and even talk to themselves using different monikers. Malik got defamatory things said about him yesterday that would normally be deleted so the criteria has obviously been changed by their handlers. Read the comments here.

And finally your blog Weasel may be next. Subrosa no longer allows instant access as she was probably thought to be getting too popular and was targeted. You now have to leave a record to get into it. Standby for your blog to be spammed by them.
Oh sorry about your fox. Not an omen hopefully.

Bravo Weasel. 1st class post. I whole-heartedly agree with you and will be voting exactly the same way at the Euro elections. In the General Election I will be voting Tory (living south of the border) . .

Malik's speech is very extreme. It implies to fellow muslims that parliament could one day be run by the laws of shariah and the way to achieve that is by gaining more and more seats.

I understand the whole multi-cultural stuff they harp on about, but what I dont get is why labour are allowing such high levels of immigration. It doesn't seem proportianate and will serve against the British in the long run.

I must take issue with you on the text above. I am normally happy to read your blog but where you say that UKIP will address the above issues better than the BNP, I have to disagree. In my view the BNP are the only minority party to vote for if a very strong message is to be sent to the big three. UKIP have achieved nothing in their 4 years in the EU, except to become embroiled in sleaze. I also think UKIP are just there to be a spoiler to prevent the BNP from getting a lot of protest votes. Personally I think the BNP will address the issues you have highlighted and take a lot of flak for it.

I find the mustelaphobic reference to connection with Shahid Malik to be offensive.

I believe in equal opportunities for the Weasel/Stoat community, and furthermore, demand that a Weasel (or a Stoat) have a senior job at the BBC to promote Weasel/Stoat issues, and that all public bodies have a Weasel/Stoat co-ordinator (on a good salary) to increase awareness on this much maligned minority, together with a huge grant from the EU in order to talk about it a lot and to advise fast food outlets about serving voles, mice and lagomorphs.

Actually I have a soft spot for pigs, the real 4 legged trotter types.

Much maligned animal and quite clean too, unlike the two legged po9litical variety.
