Ignorant Fascists (No, not the BNP)

These two clowns are dressed up as police officers. Only they are acting like dicks at a clap clinic.

Are you unable to think for yourself? Are you so dense that light particles go around you? Do you like to take out your unresolved personal anger problems on the public (not including gays, women, Muslims or Peers)? Then join the modern police force, where I am sure you will be very welcome.

While the truncheon may be used in lieu of conversation, words will always retain their power. Words offer the means to meaning, and for those who will listen, the enunciation of truth. And the truth is, there is something terribly wrong with this country, isn't there? Cruelty and injustice, intolerance and oppression. And where once you had the freedom to object, to think and speak as you saw fit, you now have censors and systems of surveillance coercing your conformity and soliciting your submission. How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

Funnily enough, I'm just writing the legals for my November 5th walk.

Legal points for November 5th

Stop and Search under section 44.

You can only be stopped and searched by a police constable if he reasonably believes you to be a terrorist. Ask him why he thinks you are a terrorist.

He cannot make you remove your mask without written authorisation of a senior officer. Ask him to unmask a burqa clad participant first.

You cannot be stopped or photographed by a PCSO or searched by a PCSO unless a police office is present.

You do not have to give your name, address, date of birth or any ID or details at all.

Only if you are committing an offence do they have the right to know who you are.

You are committing no crime. You are causing no harm or damage to anyone or anything. You are breaking no law. You have the right to go about your lawful business unhindered by the authorities.

You are not protesting, you are walking.

You may carry fireworks if you wish but you may not ignite them in a public place. £80 fine if you do.

The law has been tightened since this video was released. It's now an offence to film a police officer. They say it's part of anti terrorism or something.

F*** me - what a pair of dipsticks. Were they Real Plod or Plastic Plod? Abysmal (lack of) knowledge of the law & the female one looked a real slapper - hands in pockets as she talked to the photographer. Noticed the male one was quite small - SMS (small man syndrome)trying to make up for his lack of height by bullying? Yes, Plod - the last job refuge of the dysfunctional individual.

Not illegal to photograph or film a police officer.

"Under section 76, eliciting, publishing or communicating information on members of the armed forces, intelligence services and police officers which is "likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism" will be an offence carrying a maximum jail term of 10 years"

Photograph away. Just don't make it likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism.

Also, if lots of people photograph then the force of the law is less likely to descend than if it was one person snapping.

Better to spend your shift bullying innocent members of the public and arresting honourable members of Parliament than being intimidated by an unruly mob.

Aren't our police wonderful, it makes you proud to be british.
